1 Great Adventure 2 Bravo
Let me set the mood for you: So as I sit here listening to George Thorogood's, "One Bourboun, One Scotch, One Beer", I wish I had all three in front of me. I think it would make the operational environment so much more welcoming. But the fact of the matter is that I have none of the afore stated pleasures at my fingertips or worse, my lips. Chris is to my left deep into a book and as you can all tell I'm procrastinating. Today I drove two hours south of my current location to do a recon of a vehicle movement and upgrade process. Well I ended up getting stuck on the post there for 2 hours due to a dust storm. Quite an uneventful day. Yesterday we purchased two collapsable golf clubs and cylindrical practice "balls" and devised a brilliant game as you can imagine. Once again, once we can upload pictures I will. Nothing further; Spartan 4, Out.

Boys and their toys!!! Sounds like your having fun...minus your favorite drinks! I'll have one of each for you tonight if it makes you feel better! hehehe
ReplyDeleteHmmm...ideas for an upcoming care package? Playing golf in a dust storm would be interesting...take care brother (and Chris!)
ReplyDeleteYeah, we do have some pretty sweet toys...ready for the first coded messege on the blog? I'm going the opposite of taco bell 21 days before our anniversary.
ReplyDeleteCoded messages to Ashley! How cute:)
ReplyDeleteNan, I told Bob Pare that you bought golf clubs in Kuwait. He told me that years ago, when he was overseas, the caddies not only carried your golf clubs but also carried a small square of astroturf to place on the ground (on the sand) to put your ball on and make your next shot! Nice grass substitute I guess! As far as your alcohol of choice, can we send alcohol in a care package??? Great to hear from you! Hi to Chris and Randy! Love you! Momma
ReplyDeleteIts a coded messege to everyone...just had to find something that everyone could figure out! Momma...tell Bob that i could use a someone with a piece of astroturf right about now. My clubs are gettting terrible.
ReplyDeleteJust talked with Nan...no alcohol in care packages. Very frowned upon:( PS...I figured out the code:)
